I've just logged in and hit the enter game button on the character selection screen, only to be told that I'm in a queue to play cause my character is docked in a full system, (which has only 57 people in it). Sorry CCP, but this does need fixing asap. Folks are gonna vote with their wallets if they can't play. I'm hoping that this is a temporary bug along with the jumping queues, but after a quick look on these boards I don't see anyone else reporting it.

Same stupid problem here. I tried to jump into a system with 2 players on average in the last 30 minutes and it says its busy, I'm #1 in the queue.
This is just ridiculous.

I have you all beat. I just had to yell at a guy to get out of a system so I could log in; he was the only person in it.

They definitely went overboard with the queues. There was one with 10 people in it when I tried logging into Tranq. a little earlier, when it only had about 25k people, no where near the 28k previously.

Uhh? But yea, this new system is crazy stupid. I dont get it, CCP is doing this kind of junk at the wrong time.

If it would help in reducing lag, would that change yer views ?
I mean it looks like CCP is damned if they do and damned if they don't.
Lag = whining and queues = whining, sigh.

Yeah yesterday a 0.0 system that had no people in it besides our scout had a traffic advisory  Its gona suck when I get stuck at a gate and you are #4746746 in queue pops up.....

Uh, considering that the lag seems considerably improved compared to pre-patch, why don't they let everyone on to see how good of a job Dragon did before they start slapping all these seemingly random traffic advisory queues?

Did it possibly occur ot you that the REASON the lag is improved is BECAUSE of the traffic advisories?
Nonetheless, lag is better than this queue thing. Lag is fairly predicatble - 400 ships in your system? Laggy! This queing system is not predictable.
Also, laggin just makes things ... laggy. This queueing thing makes travelling nigh impossible. Laggy is better than can't jump.
