I just had a petionable loss, but I cant send a reimbrusement because my previous imbursment from a month ago isn't handled yet.
I request immead action from a GM.
Sorry if I had to use cap, but if its the only to catch someones attention then be it so.

Regarding to this topic, I think the GM's should release more info on the queue.
They could add a number on your position to show where you are in the wait queue. And a calculated estimate how long the wait will be, based on the number of petitions gm's can proces every day.
If somehow this would show how long it takes, it could stop people from sending in useless losses because it wouldn't be worth their time. Unlike me who lost a t2 ship+fitting without being able to do anything about it whilst undocking and having sector loading.

Yup.
Or at least a punishment for claims which do not fall within the guidelines.
Lots of people petition, even though they know that their loss was not CCP's fault.
Ban them for a week for their audacity.

aw man maybe if kids stopped tryin to get their ships back everytime they lost them, then i might actually get a reply to my petition where i actually have a problem a little bit sooner !
