I love the sparmaps idea.Especialy the pos making constelation starmaps.Maybe ad a region thing that would take 3 weeks to be done.Or a month maybe.

A little thing that could be added,its been mentioned before and i think its a good idea.Make the module that makes these starmaps use some sort of crystals,on which the data would be written on.All would have the same volume,but the stats would vary.There would be 5 kinds of crystals:
-Basic crystal,degrades 750 m per month,very cheap,low skill needs(lvl 1 or maybe no skill needs),10 minutes to write it
-Improved crystals,degrades 600 m per month,still cheap but more expencive than the basic ones,lvl 2 skill needed to use,9 minutes to write it
-Standard crystal degrades 500 m per month,medium price,medium skills(lvl 3),8 minutes o write it
-Advanced crystal,degrades 400 m per month,high price,high skill needs(lvl 4),7 minutes to write it
-Elite crystal,the only crystal that could be used in the pos module,insane price,high skill needs(lvl 4),degrades 300 m per month,takes 2 days to write it
The skill needed woud be rank 1,90k/skill book,no prereq's.
low pice:50k/unit
medium price:100k/unit
high price:250k/unit
insane price:5 mill/unit

But i thouth the Starmapper(the scan thing that makes the starmaps) use the crystals as some sort of ammo?
