With the patch changes I was wondering if people had a loadout they could recommend for a Rifter?
Maybe two versions...a marktet module version and a modded module version.

Depends what you want to use it for , I could tell you loadouts but without knowing what you want to do in your Rifter I could be misleading ie do you mean to fight NPC's , to PVP , etc etc.
Normally cant go wrong with a Shield Booster , an Afterburner, 3 200mm Autocannons and a missle launcher. Get in close and orbit real fast tearing chunks out of enemy but TBH half the fun is working all this out for yourself.
So HMV consider Andy Williams and Dean Martin to be "easy listening" do they? Tell that to my mate Dave, he's been deaf for 20 years.

I would guess the market weapon enhancements would be worth fitting too.
I am a fan of Hybrids at the moment... the issue is the lack of range though. They seem to be doing quite nicely against the low level NPC's.

Yeah I should ahve been more specific, my bad.
Well I plan on using it for missions and for NPC rat hunting. I have a probe I can use for large hauls, so I just want something that is fast, fairly well defended and potent offesnively.

Doubt you can use my setup without getting squashed. But my current Rifter loadout is:
High Slots:
2 250mm Scout Artillery
2 Upgraded Limos Launchers (1 em cruise missile + 1 kinetic cruise missile)
Mid Slots:
2 LiF Fueled Rocket Boosters
Low Slots:
1 Local Hull Conversion Overdrive
1 Local Hull Conversion Inertial Stabilizer
Obviously, I'm not banking on taking any real hits
