Same question for me, i just bought a Brutix.
And another question please. I came back to EVE yesterday after a 2 months break. I remember a very long thread on this forum about battlecruisers, with excellent ideas about improving battlecruisers agility. According to EVE-search, this thread (with a lot of signatures by players) seemed to have been locked by CCP.
What about these ideas? Did CCP answer to this thread? Does CCP plan to do something? Thanks

7x 200mm (t2 if you can! makes such a difference)
4x cap rechargers
1x med t2 rep. 3 rat specific hards, capacitor power relay.
5x rat specific drones
profit (used this for 0.0 ratting, all t2 where applicible)

Highs:
3 x 150mms
4 x 250mm (In the Essence region, the 250s tend to be cheaper than the 200s, so you can get something nice like scouts or compressed coils)
1 x med cap battery *
1 x cap recharger
1 x target painter (Or webber, but the target painter is going to have a larger range)
1 x 800mm plate
1 x medium repair*
1 x rat specific Armor Hardener (major Damage)
1 x rat specific Energized plating (minor damage)
1 x Magnetic stablizer or Damage control, depending on how much DPS you expect to encounter.
5x light drones, which do damage to which the rats are most vulnerable
2 x medium drones
* for repair and cap battery modules, train for T2 as soon as possible. The Brutix gets a % bonus to the reppers, and you need cap to run the repper. A T2 cap recharger would also be nice, but would cost about as much as the brutix itself.
As for the "rat-specific" items, you want to find out what kind of damage the NPCs rats do and are vulnerable to; so, for example, when fighting serpentis, you'd want to use hobgoblin and hammerhead drones, and use thermal hardeners and kinetic plating.
With this setup, you warp into a room, grab aggro with the guns (250s have nice range) then align to a warp-out point if things are nasty. Launch the light drones, use them to take out the frigs along with 150mm rail guns (I use tungsten to maintain about 22k range.) Take out the cruisers and battlecruisers with the 250mm rails (I use uranium, iron or anti-matter, depending on range.)
