Major Issue: A graphical error is making BPOs appear as BPCs and BPCs appear to be BPOs in escrows. This is a *visual* bug only. Do not purchase BPs via escrow unless you are sure of the contents. Players exploiting this bug will be banned.
Major Issue: If a ship cloaks while it is being locked, the lock cycle is not broken. The cloaked ship will then decloak when the cycle completes.
Courier missions will be replaced in the near future Overview settings are erased after applying the patch. It is not presently possible to move a ship into space from a ship assembly array. Setting the default warp distance does not work. It automatically resets to 15km. If you use the market button on the Neocom to toggle the market closed, the market will reopen when you next undergo a session change. (ie, dock, undock, jump) The text in a buy/sell order window will not display correctly if the window is part of a stack. Hanger sorting may not always apply correctly when the hanger is opened. Switching between the security status panel and skills panel in the character sheet will cause the skill names to disappear The size icon (frigate, cruiser etc) is broken for NPC's in some missions, and shows them all to be cruisers The sound effect for entering/leaving warp is missing The market in Tash-Murkon region appears to be broken. we are investigating. Reloading while cloaked (or while jumping) will cause the ammo to be destroyed. Stored overview settings are cleared Agent offers and missions given out prior to the downtime may not be acceptable/completable due to the change in agents which occured during the patch. The buddy list causes an exception when a buddy logs in. We recommend you press esc, and switch off the "show exceptions" option on the system menu. Market history not displaying values over 9,999,999 properly Overview does not auto refresh when names of objects are changed. need to close/open the overview to make the names update Ally column on overview not showing alliance tags. The login queue displayed on the login screen is not accurate. The queue is disabled at all times (unless we put a user limit on the server as we did last night for our dry runs). Some incorrect text is displayed in the logs of audit log containers. The Stasis Webifier I is being displayed as a Shadow Serpentis Stasis Webifier in clients with the German UI enabled. The message when clearing a channels password is incorrect. Overview columns automatically resize. This should stop occuring once you manually set the size of a column. Switching skills being trained causes the character sheet icon in the overview to incorrectly state that you have no skills training. Sorting by quantity when selecting items to enter into escrow does not work. Sorting by "next free time" in the science and industry interface is incorrect. It sorts alphabetically, not numerically. When entering items into escrow, the "Are you sure" popup is badly formatted. You cannot access a refining arrays options from the selected items icons, only through the right click menu from the array itself. The "My Agents" option on the map is very blobby if you have very good standings. Players in NPC corps have "Untitled 1" - "Untitled 8" in there show info.
We need more bug reports on the following reported issues. Agent offers not being displayed in the journal. Columns in the overview resizing after every session change. BP's in research no longer visible until a new bp is installed. The option to warp
--- yes, these are all the issues of the latest patch that went life this weekend. Its very sad so many bugs made it in, but it'd be even sadder if you guys didnt know of em - like e.g. the cloaking bug (marked bold ;)

Theres really no exscuse with dragon for that ammount of bugs to sneak in, not even the well we don't have that many people on the test server claim because quite a few of those bugs aren't player load related.
Sorry that did seem a tad over critical I know the dev teams doing the best as are any volunteers that test but as someone has probably already said that quite a bit of this code has been ported from the dragon server and there fore has been tested on a larger player base than tq.

What you dont see is the amount of bugs that are NOT in this list (aka fixed already ;)
Still, its an epic list up there and sadly bound to grow. This post may seem redundant but funny enough not all here read the known issues.

Issue: Queues show up on client level before entering game, giving incorrect messages. Solution: Restart client - you should be re-set to #1

Storyline Agents do not use the referral agent's level when generating missions.
(ie - you work for an L4 agent and get an L1 storyline)

Have done at least 5-6 storylines since the patch without this happening to me. Maybe a regional thing? or a faction group thing?

Thougth this was the same code that has been working in China for a month or so with no problems.
As a side note, when I have asked if china is having any of the issues we are having, I was told the DEVs / ISD have no ideal.
I work for a areospace manufacture and I can tell you I know the problems any site is haveing, Arizona, Texas,Washington State. the UK even Saudi or Korea. So..........

Well i lost a covops cloak to that first one so the reimbursement petition better damn well work!
setting the default warp distance is afaik the only way to gang warp at distances other than 15? this is a problem...
CCP please focus on this before Kali, we really dont need T2 BS before this stuff is sorted... |

Yeah I haven't done agent missions in a while so when i opened up the tab for My Agents i was surprised to have the entire caldari empire a giant green "blob".......lol i can't beleive they said blobby.

And if by some off chance you don't you can find out in less than 5 minutes via email or phone call..lets see, what do they call it....oh yea, "Being on the same page"
Bug reports and performance data is definitely something EVE and EVE China need to share.

All of these bugs have happened exactly as they are described before the patch to me at least once.

Sonic boom? :/ I've been through 3 differnt sound cards since the start of my EVE career and have never heard all the sounds function correctly. :( All mass market, very popular, well working brand cards otherwise, I might add.

Well, almost, but not exactly. It's more like the lock cycle is broken too late after the target initiates cloak. So the timer usually runs through with most ships. If you lock with a BS without sensor-boosters and there is about 8 seconds locking time left, when the covert activates the cloak, then it works and the locking stops a bit later.
The delay is just so big ( usually several seconds), so that the timer runs through with all ships that can lock within that time.

Im not sure why sound is such a problem. I guess they arent using DirectX for it... will make it easier to port Eve to other platforms, but at the same time it seems to be difficult to get sound working correctly.
