Hello everyone. IĈm a new player to Eve and am looking for a corp. IĈve been around about a week (non-trial account) and have basically stuck to mining with a little mission running. IĈm not entirely sure what goals to set for myself, but at the moment IĈm looking to head down the covert ops path. My character is a Gallente and I havenĈt strayed very far from my starting system yet.
What am I looking for in a corp?
- Mature adults
- A corp not so large I get lost in it
- A little patience and training with the more complicated aspects of the game
- Pvp once IĈm ready for it
What I donĈt want to see in a corp.
- Exploitation of corp members
- Poelpe tatht takl liek dis 2 u!!!!!!
- Trash/smack talk
- Unnecessary vulgarity and profanity
- Pirates/scammers
- Complicated rank structures, attendance policies, loot rules, etc.
What do I offer?
- I'm typically around during these hours: Monday through Friday 4-10PM EST and weekends
- IĈm a quick learner that is willing and able to follow instructions and work as a team player
- Happy to spend part of my online time helping out others and meeting corp goals
- Vast MMO experience (From obscure games like Earth & Beyond and Puzzle Pirates to mainstream ones like EQ, WoW, CoX)
- Patience, loyalty, intelligence, and humor (albeit sometimes odd humor)

Look us up when you hit 1 million Skillpoints. That is like a month or so. I think we fit everything you seek (we are getting a tad large, but not so large you'll get lost.)

Hey, I used to play Earth & Beyond too! I would ask what server, but I forgot which one I was one. Might I suggest you join CAD Inc? I think you'll find we have what you're looking for in a corp. See our recuitment thread for more information.

Seems to me you are looking for a freelancer corp like ours. What you make is your own. No taxes and no corps duties! Terra Incognita (TINCO) is a corp of freelancers and member of the Confederation of Independent Corporations Alliance (CIC). Our 4 basic rules: No Scamming, No Thieving, No Pirating and No Smacktalking. So lots of Freedom!
We are a medium sized (around 30 atm) corp of traders, miners, scientists, producers and mission runners. PvP will be around in the wars with mercs and pirates we have now and then. We are mainly based in the Citadel. We have members from the USA, India, Australia and Europe. We take rookies and help them to get around. Please mail or convo me if you are interested.

I after reading your post i belive that Purify might offer what you are looking for in a corp.
You can either find us here and drop us a line or you are welcome to read our recruitment thread
But the short story about Purify is that we are a roleplaying corp of fast frinds that tries our best to make EVE a safer place for all pilots by hunting down pirates in whatever forms we might find them.
The only thing we ask of you is to do your best and help out when you have the time.

I believe WoW counts as inexperience, TBH.
Anyway, if you decide you're looking for a real corp, hit us up. Piracy is widely acknowledged as the most fun you'll ever have in eve
