As for the two pirate arcs, they are superbly well covered already ...
The thread is locked, coz I have not been actively bumping it recently, but the product / service is still available ... and still selling steadily. Obviously I am not without a degree of vested interest in this matter but the guide really is quite excellent, and the bookmark collection a joy to behold - even if you're a ceptor pilot.
I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder.

You can get the thread unlocked, just report it and ask for it to be unlocked. I did it to 'The Plan' thread a while back. If ISD/CCL doesn't do it, file a Support Ticket about it.

Amarr
Start agent: Karde Romu
1/19 Aiding an Investigator Report to agent in Nahyeen Solar System
2/19 Late Reports Fight Sansha, single pocket, last killed trigger, 3 waves Can't complete remotly, need to drop reports. Consider using frigate and leaving orca / BS in system.
3/19 The Outclassed Outpost Fight Sansha, single pocket, last killed trigger, 3 waves Move to Outpost for better range COMPLETE REMOTELY
4/19 Raging Sansha Fight Sansha, Cruisers (Centum Juggernaut) Trigger Any of the frig and any of the cruisers in 2nd Wave is Trigger COMPLETE REMOTELY
5/19 Cowardly Commander Objectives Fight Sansha, Last one is trigger 2nd room (2nd with neut towers). Last one from group trigger Elite cruisers (Centum Loyal Torturer) Trigger Battlecruisers (Centatis Daemon) Trigger * Special note, ships warping to person in rooms can skip gates
6/19 Report to Aralin Jick Report to agent in Nishah Solar System
7/19 Background Check Fight Sansha, Lock everything, kill Battleships and new spawn first, then clear spawns first come first serve. COMPLETE REMOTELY
8/19 Longing Leman Use codebreaker frigate only, alt can do it, DO NOT FIGHT IN THIS MISSION. Can't complete remotely, need to do drop
9/19 Languishing Lord DO NOT FIGHT, Approach asteroid to complete COMPLETE REMOTELY
10/19 Razing the Outpost Fight Mercenaries, last battleship is trigger. Kill the outpost COMPLETE REMOTELY
11/19 Ascending Nobles Heavy DPS, make sure to kill and loot asap, few minutes after last enemy reinforcement will arrive and they hit hard... more then 1200 dps at least, prolly way more (1700 dps tank with OGB was having issues till I cleared some of incoming dps). You can keep last BS alive (Kill initial wave BS, then spawn cruisers, then one more BS wave, then keep one alive on last wave and salvage carefully) Can't complete remotely, need to do drop
12/19 Hunting the Hunter Destroy Sansha Battletower to unlock gate Last battlecruiser in the Near Group trigger Last battleship in the Near Group trigger Can't complete remotely, need to do drop
13/19 Fate of a Madman Choose your side
14/19 Interrogation: Catching the Scent The new wave of spawns are triggered by killing off the last ship from each hull group. Drops the Sansha Command Signal Receiver. Don't forget to loot it. Can't complete remotely, need to do drop
15/19 Falling into Place Put the Homemade Sansha Beacon into the Linked Broadcast Array Hub container to spawn the Rescue Group. Travel to this mission will probably take you through Palas, where you will be relocating in mission 17. Since Mission 16 can be done in a rookie ship, you don't have to take your combat ship all the way back to Nishah. Leave it in Palas and fly back in a pod/rookie ship. COMPLETE REMOTELY
16/19 Making an Arrest Harkan's Manor sits 37km away. Warp-in and approach the manor, it will self destruct. Return to the agent. Can't complete remotely
17/19 An Unfortunate End Report to Riff Hebian in Palas (Miyan Security Forces Beacon).
18/19 Panic Response Kill frigates until energy tower spawns or target and destroy the energy neutralizer before anything else. Then kill off sentry group. Otherwise meh, shitload of frig and cruiser spawn, low value. Can't complete remotely, don't take the orca, take a frigate just for warping.
19/19 The Right to Rule Pocket 3, start shooting till spawn, then clear spawn, don't kill battleship right away, 4 spawns Pocket 4, burn back 30-40 km, kill the main guy, mission complete so either warp off or kill the frigs and new spawns, finish rest first come first serve

Gallente
How to start: Once you have eihter Impetus or Gallente Federation at 5.0 or more standings, just start conversation with Roineron Aviviere from anywhere in space and he'll offer you to start and to report to him in Frarn. Keep in mind that just starting talk with him will put the entry in your journal as offer which doesn't expire, but if you have OCD like me, only talk with him when you intend to start.
Mission 1/16 - Impetus - Report to agent Faction: None Travel and talk to another agent
Mission 2/16 The Tolle Scar - Combat Faction: Rogue Drones One group spawns next to you within 10km of the acceleration gate. In next room just finish rest and complete this mission remotly from where you are and take next one.
Mission 3/16 Priority One - Combat Faction: Minmatar Republic First room clear, in second room one group spawns next to you within 10km of the acceleration gate. Next room will have some more for you to take care. Salvager needed and complete this mission remotly from where you are and take next one.
Mission 4/16 The Averon Exchange - Combat Faction: Mercenary Shortly after you warp in, Group 1 will warp out and will be replaced by Group 2. Killing the last Mercenary Wingman will spawn Group 3. Killing the last ship from Group 3 will spawn Group 4. Killing Group 4 marks the mission as complete.
5/16 A Different Kind of Director This is basic travel and report to another agent. You only need to run one encounter mission for this agent before moving to another hub, so it may not be worth moving everything here. However, it's between Stetille and Noghere (the next chapter hub), so it may be quicker.
6/16 Assistance Faction: Mercenary Keep in mind they spawn on top of you when trigger by approaching yacht Killing everything from Groups 2-6 triggers group 7 Killing Group 7 marks the mission complete and triggers Group 8 Group 8 is optional, but offers 500,000 ISK in bounties
7/16 Into the Black Travel and report to another agent.
8/16 Poor Man Shakedown Faction: Independent, prolly same as Mercenary Shoot Asteroid Micro Colonies for key, they are also triggers.
9/16 Underground Circus Faction: Mercenary and Gallente Get the ringmaster.
10/16 Intaki Chase Faction: Gallente Destroying the Intaki Settlement Control Tower reinforcement wave 1 Destroying the Syndicate Veteran Battleship from reinforcement wave 1 triggers spawning of reinforcement wave 2. Destroying the all ships from reinforcement wave 2 triggers spawning of reinforcement wave 3.
11/16 Rat in a Corner Travel and report to another agent.
12/16 Little Fingers Faction: Gallente Get the carry on token from fuel depot.
13/16 Carry On Faction: Gallente You can burn to carry on hub to blitz mission, you will get shot at, so take MWD bs with some tank, snipe the frigs so you don't get webbed.
14/16 Studio I Faction: Gallente Destroy the Studio I structure. Initial wave orbit range on most BS is 50 km, consider long range. Reinforcement wave 1 will spawn when the Studio I structure takes any structure damage and gets below 10 km range with mwd.
15/16 Showtime Faction: Gallente Wave 1 is triggered upon destruction of all elite cruiser type ships from the initial group. Wave 2 is triggered upon destruction of all elite battleship type ships from the initial group.
16/16 Safe Return Return the kid, get payed. NPC spawn when you drop him, however its 10ish jumps out, use shuttle to drop him off and warp out without fighting, you need to burn back to agent for reward

Minmatar Agent: Arsten Takalo
Mission 1/17 - A Demonstration - Bring Item Faction: None Agent will ask you to bring him Olfei Medallion. It can be found for about 250.000 ISK in Rens, or you scan down the plex and kill Olfei and then loot him. Plex is in same constallation as agent, but I never bothered searching it, simply buy it on market before you even start the arc an just present it to him on start and be done with it.
2/17 - The Cost of Preservation - Combat + pick up objective Faction: Mercenaries Ailon Boufin - Gallente Elite Cruiser has two triggers when shot. He drops a key you need to place in a can to get the objective item. Suggestion is to hit Ailon untill you force both spawns, first is at 90 km, second is at 45. Ailon has some reps running so you might have troubles taking him out, I usually switch to shorter spawn and by the time I'm done with them, Ailon is at 35-40 km and then I blap him. You just need to clear the remaining NPC's.
3/17 Written By The Victors - Combat + pick up objective Faction: Angel Cartel / Amarr Empire Angel spawn first, at about 40km . Trigger is last battlecruiser destroyed. After you destroy it you will get Amarr spawn at 30 km. Take the Wildfire Khumaak from Central Burial Tomb and bring to next mission. Do not forget to take the Khummak. Can't turn in remotly since you need to provide objective item
4/17 Glowing Embers - Delivery Delive Khummak from last one to a camp 6 jumps away. Leave your orca in Frarn and take only combat ships and Noctis. You will need to do one combat mission in next system after this mission, but you will then need to go back 3 jumps out, so faster to leave orca and pick it up when you need to go back. You will get a message from lowsec agent, don't worry, you don't need to go to lowsec, you just need to put the Khummak in a can here in Todeko. After you drop it off, complete this mission remotly from where you are and take next one.
5/17 From Way Above - Combat Faction: Angel Cartel Same system as last one. Don't accept right away untill you are ready to start it since triggers are time based. All spawn at 60-70 km, move in range if needed on start. Consider using mobile tractor and salvage drones from your combat ship while you are waiting for spawns since you will prolly have to wait 30-60 seconds between spawns if you do lots of DPS. There are 5 spawns. Complete this mission remotly from where you are and take next one.
6/17 Friends In High Places - Scout area, no combat Take all your ships with you since this is along the way for next agent, but for this mission use a shuttle. This isn't combat mission and you will need to burn 50-70 km. You can use an frigate with AB/MWD as well, but I just prefer shuttles since they take little space and still go 600 m/s. Also if you damage ship has mwd, you might as well then take it for this one. Complete this mission remotly from where you are and take next one
7/17 My Little Eye - Report to next agent in chain Report to next agent, 10 jumps out, take all your stuff there
8/17 Dead End Intercept - Combat + pick up objective Faction: Angel Cartel Kill one battleship and loot datapad from him
9/17 Surfacing - Combat + pick up objective Faction: Mercenaries Get the objective from structure. That will trigger a spawn few km behind you, about half way from entry beacon and structure. Trigger for next spawn is probably last Overlord. One more trigger after last Overload in next spawn, right on top of the beacon, so you might not wanna linger there since last one has lots of frigs and web drones.
10/17 Who Art in Heaven - Combat Faction: Angel Cartel Few groups, one at 40ish, other at 90ish km of beacon, no triggers, sort by range and start working on them. To finish the mission you need to approach the outpost at about 30 km. You don't need to clear the site if you want to blitz, just use something fast to get there and you get objective complete. Sometimes you might warp in close enough to trigger mission objective which will cause half the NPC's to warp off.
11/17 Playing All Their Cards - Combat + pick up objective Faction: Angel Cartel Requires: Hacking III (minimum) and Data Analyzer Spawn occurs when you are within 5 km of can, spawn is 100 km of the can, MJD or long range fit. If you plan to MJD in middle of spawn, 1000 dps tank is recommended... Blitz is possible if you manage the hack the can, but usually it takes to many cycles for me, and bouties on these NPC's are quite high, so would recommend fighting them off.
12/17 History in the Making - Report to next agent in chain Report to next agent in Tanoo, 13 jumps, take all your stuff there
13/17 Church of the Obsidian - Combat + pick up objective Faction: Ammatar Requires: Archeology I and Relic Analyzer No spawn on warp in, spawn will occur when you are close to gate. Couple of web frigs with 3-4 battleships. In second room you need to hack Cathedral to get the mission objective. Enemies are 20-30 km of beacon, mission is complete when you hack and take the item in case you want to blitz.
14/17 Heresiology - Combat + pick up objective Faction: Ammatar Requires: Archeology I and Relic Analyzer Only one ship in the iniatial spawn (Ammatar Navy Detective) caused a standing loss to Ammatar. You will have to take out the detective or tank him while you loot/hack. Deal with npc, start hacking the cans and pick up objective from last can hacked.

15/17 Wildfire - Combat + drop off objective Faction: Angel Cartel No spawn on warp in. Dropping the datacore into the chapel container triggers the spawn about 30 km off. You don't need to kill the NPCs to complete the mission, so kill any scramming frigates and warp off. Cosidering loot/salvage from this mission, it's not that bad idea to blitz it. Keep in mind though that you will still need to wait a bit after dropping till Rend warps off. You can complete this mission by remote and take next one from where you are.
16/17 Stillwater - Combat + pick up objective Faction: Angel Cartel Karkoti Rend has a 10 million isk bounty, and will aggro up to 200km away. Killing Karkoti Rend will cause any remaining rats to dissapear. You should have time to kill tower and frigs by time Karkote gets close to put damage, there is about five 1 mill bounty BS beside him. After you do this mission, next one is just drop off objective and you should leave your fleet so you avoid standings bug, so before taking next one if you have multiple toons doing it, leave the fleet and do mission without being fleeted with anybody.
17/17 Revelation - Drop off objective Drop off the book, get the bonus
For Caldari one I still don't have notes. I will however publish these to my website when I get time to do so actually, prolly after new year.

Thanks for the compliment.
With some help from other players, I've been in the process of updating and reformatting the Epic Arc Mission Reports to make sure they're current. So far Minmatar and Amarr are done and Gallente is almost completed. Next will be Caldari and then the Sisters Of Eve Epic Arc.
Besides making sure the mission stats are updated with current info such as NPC count, EWAR, damage type, etc, I'm also including Mission Objective along with Warnings, Notes, Tips and Blitz info as well.
The reformatting part is to make sure all the pages have the same lay-out, same Header info, etc. It's a lot of work which takes quite a bit of time. After these arc pages are completed, it won't take much time or effort in the future to keep these pages updated and current.
I wasn't planning on mentioning 'The Plan' since it's already well know. However I will say it's got quite a comprehensive list of Event Agents in it, along with guide links and info.
Hopefully this info will help. Good luck with your project.

Jowen Datloran definitely deserves recognition and credit for his contribution to the Eve Community. He was one of the first to actually document the Epic Arcs. Since then a lot of people have used his Lorebook for reference info when creating guides.

I spoke to Jowen before he left Eve about updating his guides to be more accurate and he said he was fine with it, however since he's now on an extended break rather than just go ahead and use his material I preferred to use my own.
He absolutely deserves credit for pioneering this field and it's my desire to build on his projects and make a resource that is just as useful today as his were when first published that made me create a community like this

I recently completed all 4 Epic Arcs and chose the paths that would increase faction standing over those that gave the best ISK rewards. After completion I had roughly 700-800 million ISK. As I blitzed whenever possible and did not salvage variations could come from bounties etc. Each Faction Arc took approximately 6-8 hours at a casual pace. Even with choosing the ISK rewards instead of straight standings I believe the income would have only been about 300 million higher, which is still quite below the expected missioning income/hour. |

Most of the arcs have multiple paths which each reward different amounts of faction standing or items.
Most notably :
Amarr Epic arc can reward Amarr Empire standings or Sansha's Nation standings.
Gallente Epic arc can reward Gallente Federation standing or Syndicate standing.
Caldari Epic arc can reward Caldari State faction standing or slightly less faction standing.
Minmatar Epic arc can reward Minmatar faction standing or RSS Probes and slightly less faction standing.

This awesome site helped me a lot. In addition to enemy ships, waves and spawns, triggers, etc., it also lists their resists and total DPS, so it is really easy to get necessary ammo and resists for missions. The bottom of the page it has epic arc missions, and so far I havent had an encounter mission that wasnt there. |

One thing that's bugged me is the issues with Minmatar Arc mission "Heresiology". There seems to be no way to avoid the Ammatar standing hit. It is true, only the Detective gives a large hit (-3% I believe), but killing any ship will give you the -0.075% per tick hit. While this is small, since there is no way to repair Ammatar without screwing with everything else, over the long term it adds up.
I've tried having one ship tank the dps at about ~100km away while using a cov ops to hack / warp on grid (cause the rats switch to your hacker)/ repeat but this seems to bug the mission. The cans stop respawning after 6 or so.
Has anyone come up with something that works? |

Great advice..... I do petition it, they reset the mission and I'm back to square one. |
