Im looking for a good NPC Corp to run missions for. I want to get good standing with the right groups and don't want to damage the wrong ones. Any suggestions?

Need more information from you.
What kind of missions do you like to do? Who do you consider to be the 'right' groups and who to be the 'wrong' groups?
I tend to run missions for the various navies personally, although Sisters of Eve give standing for all four empires. If you can get out to them and survive...

As long as the corp has a decent selection of higher quality level 4 agents of the type that you want, it'll be a good choice.
Like the first reply says, it all depends on what you want to do, who you want to fight, and how much you want to risk.
Running kill missions for anyone will lower your standings with
someone although with the various social skills it takes quite awhile to be too far past the brink.
After maybe a month or so of running missions and storylines your faction rep will be high enough to run any mission for any agent in that faction.

Thanks for your responses. I'm just having trouble finding missions, and needed a good way to search. I'm not sure what I want to do later on since I'm still getting to know the game. Any suggestions for good starting faction for missions?

Make sure the corp has a decent number of L4 agents, and a good spread of divisions across combat and courier specialities.
Check Settled Systems and Agents lists and make sure it's not mostly based in 0.0.
Also check corp info and make sure its size is Huge and its extent is Global. This way when you get to the magic +6.67 for tax-free refine, you will enjoy it everywhere, and not just in one constellation.
Every faction has a handful of corps which meet these criteria.

I got bored and looked you up in EVE.
So you're Gallente huh?
And you want to mission run. Basically, you should run for Astral Mining. They have 3 q20 level 4 kill mission agents in Annancale, a 0.1 system. Humongous isk. If Annancale is not your thing, then other big low-sec faction agents belong to Federation Customs and Poteque Pharmaceuticals. Any of those corporations would be good, but take me on my word that Astral Mining is #1 amongst equals.
So go run from them. Low-sec mission running is easy and you won't get killed if you bother to make insta-bookmarks, fit 2 stabs on your dominix (which you will have eventually), and use a little bit of savvy in local.

Caldari Navy, Lai Dai Protection Service and Corporate Police Force are good choices, Caldari agents are a little lacking in the low-sec/high quality dept though.

calderi steel agent in uedama has always proven to be quite a good level 1 agent.
Might be a good place ot start close to amarr gallente and minmatar regions to if u feel like something different.
