[1] When I go to the character info screen on this web site I don't have picture for my main or alt characters. All I get is an exclaimation mark on a black screen. When I post on this site same thing. Why do some of you get your picture shown and I get no picture. (I pay just as much for my account as anyone here)  |

[3] it's because you haven't posted on the forums... now that you have posted... just wait 24-36 hours and you will get your pictures... make sure you post with all 3 characters... From Ashes to Ashes... From Dust to Dust.... |

[15] There are nearly 500 posts about this same thing on the boards. They have acknowleged there is a character portrait rendering issue for the boards. It worked once and that is why some people have pictures and others don't since it's still stored. |
