Are coverts ops cloaks now instantly broke when targeting begins?
if i exit a gate and begin my warp, then activate my cloak, if I am targeted by anything, my cloak is instantly broken, the lock ensues and im web/scrammed and killed. Is this a bug or a feature now?
Clarify this!!!!!

Sorry, i don't want to disturb you... but... well, how do i say it? Ok, straight forward i guess.
This is not a known issue. If you go look for yourself, you will find it on the Patch Notes as a feature. From now onwards, i suggest everyone skills something else instead of a cov ops... :-)
Anyone have stocks of cov ops cloaking devices? I would assume they will drop in prices like a brick throught from a tower.
