Something in a more readable size? like 1024x768, I dont want my eyes to bleed everytime i want to read text at that resolution.

they are Brothels and red light districts :)

I have heard rumors of people being in Jove space. Does anyone know if there is a way to acces Jove, Polaris, etc?

Previously, you used to be able to Clone Hop to Jove Space. Reportedly it was very empty - no NPC's, no market seeding, etc. Much as you would expect for a section of the game not currently "live".
I think that's no longer a possibility at this time though, with you no longer being able to set Jove/Polaris stations as a valid cloning point.
Plus, with nothing there, why would you want to?
