I think FW plex mechanics should change.
Seeing as FW plexes are warzones I believe anybody in them should be subject to nullsec rules regarding being able to attack someone without any criminal consequences.
Seems anybody in FW these days becomes pirate by default by defending a plex from neutrals looking for a fight, unless of course you are stupid enough to wait fro them to fire on you first!
Also it may entice even more people into low sec to try out PvP if they know their sec status will be safe as long as they stick to fighting in plexes, therefore making plexes even more of a pvp magnet. |

mini nullsec pockets. auto-suspect or limited engagement flagging. It all has been brought up already. Would be awesome for sure.
eve style bounties (done)
dust boarding parties
imagine there is war and everybody cloaks - join FW

Nice job CCP.
Good thing I like living in lowsec, though it's a pain in the ass without alts. |

Makes sense, if you wander into a warzone you shouldn't expect favored legal status. |

+1 w/ maybe there should be a warning/conformation popup for non FW folks.

I think an applicable way to go about this would be entering the plex trips a suspect timer, as does shooting the npcs that spawn inside of it. That way anyone who is running it stays suspect for those going into it, and the reverse applies as well.
Now, this WOULD cause some potential consternation on gates, but generally the fleets or individual pilots that engage in factional warfare tend to keep their ships and fights within the complexes. |
