Currently occupied (by my corp) for PI (make all fuel except ice products) and reactions. J115815 is the locus.
One other dead, offline tower.
I can either include my large Minmatar tower (fully set up with defenses and a complex reaction system, plus CHA and SMA) or I can stay in place until you set up your own tower.
Price without tower: 300m isk
Tower and defenses/mods: additional 400m isk
Happy to use a trusted third party service.

Thanks for the link. As you can see, a great WH, currently with tons of anoms, rocks, and gas.
One note - also willing to accept 2x PLEX as that's what i really need anyway. |

The current static is a few jumps from Jita.
I received an interesting offer from someone regarding POCOs but am on the fence about the collaboration.
While I think it over, the bookmark is still for sale at 300M (or 1 PLEX) to the first bidder.
Currently there are no POCOs in place, so all planets are still completely up for grabs. Given the current prices of PI (and coming spikes in reacted goods like sylramics) it is very tempting to stay and set up a heavy PI operation with a partner as offered... So I leave the choice up to this thread. If someone buys today, I will sell. Otherwise, PI baron.
