How can I store a ship in my orca with out ejecting then right click, store? |

Whilst docked in station, right click orca, and open ship hangar. Drag the ship from your hangar window into the open window of the orca. |

If you're within 2500m, you should be able to simply right click on the Orca and select "store ship". This will eject you into your pod, but you don't need to eject prior to storing.
If you want to swap ships, open the ship maintenance array, right click on a ship in the bay and select "board ship". This will store your current ship and put you aboard the new one.

I tried that but it so t let me , all I have on cargo bay are mining crystals, should I take them out? |

Orca have cargo bay ore bay and ship bay find correct one. |

The access to the bay may not be turned on, look at the icon next to the bay name, it should be green, if it is not click it and when it turns green you should have access.

Are you part of the fleet or in the same corp?

The chevron is fleet access, the star is Corp access. Make sure you have the correct one turned on.
EvE is hard. It's harder if you're stupid.
