I think a good "Pay-to-Advance" system would be nice. Sorta like UO's advanced character system.
Perhaps I could pay an extra 12.95 and rather than have an extra month of game time, a GM could just advance my character through a month of skill training where I wanted it or something. This would possibly only be allowed one time per character or something, to keep people from just paying a couple hundred bucks and having a god-like, every skill in the game, blah blah character.
This would enable people to bypass the annoying wait of training learning skills or whatever.

As was said in the "give 3m points to a noob" thread, the journey is half the fun.
Don't like this idea.

I'm all for this as long as the Character flys round with a big flashing CHEAT sign above them for easy podding

Well, if UO had a system like that, they must be smoking some high end stuff.
I want some. ------- Your 425mm Prototype I Gauss Gun perfectly strikes Guardian Enforcer, wrecking for 827.3 damage. |
