Hi all,
Due to lack of funding I am selling my science alt. He has really good standings with major Gallente corporations and has access to a lot of good quality R&D Agents. Has Research Project Management at lvl 4 and loads of good skills including mining barge & exhumers lvl 5!
I believe the Buyout is a steal for this level of character. Enjoy.

Indeed, I think I was a little confused on how sniper works, I thought it meant that only people that had bid on the auction are allowed to bid in the last "sniper" minutes?

Sniper rule of 10 mins means that the auction isn't over until the end time has passed AND ten minutes has passed since the last bid.

Next time, find someone with standings that actually match the ones you're trying to use or don't bother listing them. Filing an exploit petition and evemailing the other participants in the auction now.
