Been browsing Youtube and its pretty cool. Something fun to do while making a 12 system jump.
But sometimes it looks a little risque, and it seems alot of people there are kids. Im not in the mood to wind up arrested because I clicked on some video made by some kid and theres crud on it thats not right. Do they filter this stuff at all ahead of time? Or do you have to try and guess whats what from the thumbnail pic and take your chances? What about just clicking on the page that brings up the thumbnail?
I kinda thought this was pretty tame but I just saw a thumbnail that was scary - unless it was a gag, but I didnt want to find out.

Youtube is totally legal (at least to view, copyright could cause issues) and **** free.
Might not be totally SFW though...

As a general rule, if you click on a link (which isn't obviously entitled "kids and dogs doing things they shouldn't" or some such...) and it turns out to be a link to something illegal, then as long as you don't KEEP going there, nobody would have any viable grounds for prosecution anyway.

getting arrested?
do you honestly believe that you can get arrested for copying games? Dunno where you life, but I want to see someone getting arested for copying stuff, except if its professional.
Also you wont get problems if copyrighted stuff is there, thats their problem, your not broadcasting it.

Take for example my friend Seruv. He has hundreds of gigabytes of copyrighted material on his PC, but is no more afraid of being caught for it than getting hit by a meteor. He doesn't start torrents (though he will reseed existing ones until he has a strong share ratio), and the quantities he downloads are but a drop in the ocean of the internets.

and even if he gets cought, he will get to civil court, which only affects your wallet
