Why this guy is still offering GTCs ?
I send a petition for him yesterday because he is a scam and he take my ISK without giving me any code.

Yeh isnt that faaar more clever. People that buy them are real characters, where a lot of time went into. They dont want to get banned, while these ******* buy stuff and leave it behind in space, so there real account pick it up.
Yes you can ban them, will it work..no, because they'll just turn it into items and than back into isk...(selling with real account).
