what does that mean!!??
i just got back from vacation, where i had set my skills to train covert ops.
i got very excited seeing my covert ops at lvl 4!!!
then i bought a stealth bomber, and a covert ops ship, with cloaking devices, THEN i read the patch notes. 150million isk worth of assets that im to afraid to use.
this is the ONE ship type i have REALLY wanted.
they are:
weak
slow
expensive
crap dmg (bomber)
or no dmg (covert ops)
the only thing they had going for them was that they can hide.
please go back to the old way.
they where not overpowered, just annoying, which can make them SEEM over powered.
i dont even need a time frame. just word on weather or not the cloak bug is going to be fixed. or is it really going to be turned into feature? i need to figure out weather to sell them or not.

Uhm...iŠd suggest it means, that if YOU are in a covops ship/stealth bomber/recon cruiser and are switching on your cloak while someone tries to get a lock on you, the cloaking process wonŠt be interupted if your enemy doesnt get a lock on you in time.
So its actually GOOD for you, afaik b4 if you tried to cloak and someone manageto to ctrl-click on your ship in his overview, your cloak was gone and you an easy target.

My understanding is that if someone initiates cloak and someone begins to lock them, the cloaking cycle is stopped. However, the new way will be that if someone begins to lock you, it will break as soon as you cloak.
