I was born with cybernetics (i now know what this is used for) and biology. Anyone tell me what i will be using biology for? And can anyone tell me why I bothered to train this skill to lvl4?

I don't know what biology is, (try EvE-i)
As for why you trainined it to level 4... you were maybe bored? Or possible drunk and clicked the wrong thing!
I'm sure that "sometime soon(TM)" all will become clear!

errrrm yes, i realised that as its in the description for the skill, i was more curious about what it means. No idea what boosters are you see. All this time spent in monastic meditation getting ready to spread the word of God and Emperor has meant ive missed out.

As a member of the Inquisition, alcohol is fordidden to pass my lips. We tend to inject it though  so this is proberly true.

boosters are the (insert word that starts with cr and ends with ack lol .. thats an extreme filter) of the eve universe :P the basic ones in the DB give something like +4 to one stat but -4 to another .. for +4 hours .. so your skill there would make it last 20 hours (plus of course letting you use them).
Course according to the mission devs these drugs will be available only from pirate agents .. at some point in the future when they get around to working on pirate agents (they say they want to finish empire ones first)

Meh, only avail through agents? doh :| getting sick of that. I think implants/Boosters should also be a rare drop.

well theres already a ludicrous amount of items that are only available as drops .. so far theres ~10 items available only through agents (and at least one if not two of the BP items is already a drop) its not so bad :P
Especially consdiering the devs always said they wanted most of the game to be player driven and they wanted to make the npc pirates a small factor .. course they sort of failed the way people sit there and hunt them for days on end

Another advantage to having biology is when tech 2 manufacturing comes out. The Advanced Booster Tech skill requires Biology 5 and Science 5. The only people who will be in a position to manufacture tech 2 boosters when they come out are those who were born with the biology skill. For everyone else it will take 20+ days to train it up from scratch.
