I've been playing Eve on and off since late 2005. I really would like to get back into 0.0 life where I enjoyed Eve the most. I'd prefer a corporation/alliance that has a strong US TZ presence and is very active.
I have 2 accounts, each main character focused on certain aspects of the game.
Calden De'Altos 54m SP PvP character.
Calden's Killboard
Clege Mayfield 55m SP Industrialist/capital pilot.
I'm not looking to join a renter corporation/alliance and I'm not that interested in wormholes. I would like to find a home where I can enjoy both the PvP and industrial sides of the game.

I think we are exactly what your looking for. Pvp focused in 0.0 with s large USTZ activity level. We are part of forged of fire alliance giving us access to a ton of perks.

We do PVP and Indy and are heavy with US and have some EU guys that stay up late. Lots of fun. Not renter. I am part of the leadership council here.
The Freighters Under Construction and Support Services, or FUCSs as we playfully call ourselves, is an full spectrum corp building the way towards large scale operations within 0.0. We are looking for all types of pilots. They could be ice, ORE, PI, anything or just stright PVP. Low taxes and opportunity to build items and ships. We are actively looking for all pilots. Minimal Skill points and skill assessment required for 0.0 operations. Boost are available Daily.

Minimum Requirements for corp Entry:
7.5+/- Mil in Industry (must fly a mining barge and be self sufficent to mine) Ship building a plus
or
7.5 Million in PVP (minium Ship type is Ceptor and Bomber for Alliance ops.)
Not a Combination of the two (Reviewed on a case by case basis)

We are a NullSec corporation at heart; however we also operate in low-security when needed. Our sole role in Eve is PvP based.
We will attempt to have minimum standings to ensure that as many people as possible are valid targets and fight with our CFC allies as a part of Fcon.

I completely understand your need for a strong USTZ corp/Alliance. I would challenge you to take a serious look at Black Anvil Industries (BLANI). Agony Unleashed is a Nullsec PVP corp, specialising in small gang combat. Agony looks for pilots that aim to excel in PVP and constantly improve their skills.
Agony offers a strong social environment for like-minded pilots that like to pew spaceships. From solo, duo and decentralized fleets in cheap frigates and cruisers to 20+ person fleets with more advanced doctrines. We also have logistical services for our members to keep those hangars full of ships and modules.
We are currently living in E-YJ8G, Catch as part of the HERO Coalition. This provides us with access one of the most volatile and active Nullsec regions in the game, as well as easy access to Providence. As usual, we're running frequent small gang roams through the neighborhood but our members are also able to join other Coalition fleets and participate in the larger battles taking place throughout Catch. There are no mandatory ops to attend but there's almost always something going on!
