That looks like one of the 2 gangs we had in 0-W at the time of our FF incident. 
We thought OMFG, we are getting INVADED by a FLEET or something!
Then it occured to us the CA were just using their regular 1-3 people piracy/raiding/soloshipkiller/instalogger/midspaceBM/localsmack tactics and we changed tactics too.
Edit: Luckily, those revealed channel names were all public, the 49 in local will support my claim of it being one of 2 gangs. If you want help CFS, please delete all channel names before posting screenshots aight :)

ummm.
it's called stay just out of range and launch cruise missles at enemy , because im in a cruiser and there are 20+ battleships in front of me.

Looks like the loadout of somebody who's not sure what his opposition is and wants to be damn certain he lives. or it could be the loadout of a miner who got caught up in the excitement. Probably has a lot of armour enhancements in the low-slots
Makes sense to me...
