i would say about 2.2 or so you can do a few things but none great... can fly a hulk pretty decently though aside from drone skills so about 2.2 prob... and the appraiser is a joke lol it takes no market trends into account at all
you can scan these forums and see tengu toons going for 8 bil with 4 mil sp but mining toons with 4 mil sp going for 2bil... it gives you raw data only... but is in no way accurate

lolz i hate to tell you but market trends dont matter in char sales. the typical forumla is 200 isk pr sp for unfocused chars. and 250+ pr sp for focused. so yes the appraiser is a very good and accurate tool for sales. people who post a 8 msp char and ask 8b for it are totally out of thier mind. it basically comes down to 1b per every 5msp |

Not entirely true
It all depends on how specialized a character is.
You sometimes can get much higher prizes than what the appreaiser shows just because the character has no watsed skill points. Go through these forums and look for focussed tengu pilots.
On the other hand, characters with a broad variety off skills often get prices under what the appraiser shows, simply since character buyers have a certain purpose in their mind for a new toon. and wasted skillpoints are useless to them
