hmm, possible powercut? backup genorator prolly kicked in (anyone running a game like this with a server network should have backup power contingencies)

I am stuck in Balle too... what a night so far... 2 ships lost and buncha cargo then this... some people comin to help and they just get there and boom server crash...and i thought it was just me til now... do they do rollbacks ? or are they usually no loss crashes ?

ok we all have the same messages and we are all here in the same place.
I have been playing EVE for over 1 1/2 years...over the last couple of months this is the worst track record of crashes and bugs I have ever seen in an online game! Ever since CCP installed the new hardware we have been having problem after problem, crash after crash. You have gone from being a game of occaisional crashes to borderline unstable (back to beta).
I don't know what the problem is and I don't care, I am a paying customer who pays a fee for services. The service lately stinks!!!

We loose all a lot of gametime, and they really don't care, alway the same message on the login screen "we apology for .."
We don't care of your apologies, we want some compensations, because we pay, and the game is all the time screwy... and never any respons, only "apology"

Evidently they do rollbacks of a sort - Tonight my training locked up at completion, then when it unfroze, was back at 40 percent completed, so I guess you could call that a rollback :-) And cause for my first ever petition too

I'm beginning to enjoy these little breaks. Maybe it's because I play 23 hours a day, or maybe it's because I have no life and need to be fed on a drip, but these breaks in the game allow me to meet new people (in the various OMFG What Happened, EVE = **** blah blah blah I pay money blah posts) and sit and whine for a bit.
Time to try the client again.
