my buy a fenrir, but, seller the deal,

This is eve mail of the deal we are making:
I have Fenrir on escrow to me, psyanggz is going to send me 800m isk so i
can claim the fenrir. After i claim
it im going to open a trade window with him, put the Fenrir in the trade window,
he will put 15m isk into trade
window, then we both accept. So he is paying a total of 815m for the fenrir

but, I send to her 800M, her not give my fenrir.help me please.

I think either:
A) there was a mistake
B) you got screwed
I think it was B.
Let's recap:
Your only proof is a text which you could have typed yourself (I'm not saying you did, it's just not proof at all)
You are claiming you gave them 800m ISK in exchange for nothing.
You are claiming they would then trade you a Fenrir for an additional 15m.
It doesn't look good

It was clearly a scammer. NEVER EVER send anyone ISK in front. I am afraid you have lost 800 Million, scamming is legal in Eve, GM's will not help you.

It is no doubt a scam. Unfortunately the GM's will do nothing to help you with this. I find it a little sad that the scammer has picked on someone with very limited knowledge of english, and therefore someone who likely isn't completely clear on things like the EULA etc in regards to scamming.
Either way, scamming is scamming, no matter how dishonourable.
Unlucky op. I have to ask, how did you come across 800m as a new player? And I know you are a new player and the one who was involved with the scammer, as you have specifically chatted with him in-game using that character.
I am in two frames of mind.
1) You are claiming you have been scammed in the hopes that some people will take pity and send you cash, thereby making you the scammer using a fake scam to run your scam
2) You really have been scammed and a few things don't add up.
You wouldn't also be known as Cally by any chance would you?

Yes you can cheat/scam anyone in Eve, GM will not help. Always make your trades via escrow or direct trade option. Never give ISK to anyone in front. 99% of people asking for this are scammers.
I am sorry for your loss, hopefully you will be able to recover.

Trivially. You can be running L4 missions in 3-4 months. That's an easy income in the 10 million per day range. 60 days x 10 million per day = 600 million isk. Do a few other things in addition (like say, sell a couple of faction frigate BPs from the loyalty points you earn) and 800 is extremely achievable.
Or do trade. If I cared enough about money, I could do 500 million per month just shuffling from low to high.

800M isk is easy, I play for 6-10 hours 3 days a week, just shy of 30 days ingame with 150M. if i could play 20 hours a day 7 days a week like I played D2 in college, I would kill myself if I only had 800m in 6 months.

I¦m around that time too, and I have over 2b in assets.
Not that hard once you get a freighter and start trading.
Once you get it you can make over 300m net ISK per week (I ONCE achieved that, normally I do 150m playing with just 14 hours per week aboard my freighter)

800m in 6 months can be done even with 3-4hs of play time per week.
In my first month by using an Iteron 2 with 2 cargo expanders of 15%, i came close to 260 mil ISK, by doing NPC goods trading and being mostly AFK. :)
As for Kin Zunit.
This may be a scam by him to get moral support, send him some iskies. On the other hand he is a very well known escrow scammer - at least to me as i use Escrow for my deals and i see his "fake" ones very often.
