I think the devs actually should respond less and less, because these days people are so used to them replying that they are demanding it. 
Well its their fault that they started replying in the first place.
I doubt CCP would have had such a loyal playerbase if it hadnt been for the two way communication.

Demanding replies is silly. However, that fact doesnt conflict with my original statment.

My needs? You mean like FIXING the game before they come up with rubbish features such as multi language support and new content while the game is fairly broken?
I would very much like them to fill my needs.
The new hardware were supposed to cure lag, it didnt-. Instead we have jump que to 'fix' the lag issue. seams like a cheap, half ass solution to me.
