the low-sec community.

Background // RECRUITMENT
We are looking for a few good men to populate our non-PvP-division, be it fighters (mainly for guarding), miners or haulers.
Remember, our corp. is leaned toward piracy, we have a lot of fighters that dedicate themselves purely on this. This brings forward an uncommon type of situation for our members. Something we have seen a few past associates fail to understand.
We do ops on a daily basis, host TS2 (server is properly configured, so good audio quality), have forums, have lots of seasoned EVE-players. We allow for individual freedom, but emphasize loyalty above anything else. We are -NOT- looking for lonewolves that want to do their own thing, 28 jumps away.
We are currently members of PIRATE COALITION -> most of our forces engage in piracy. If you have a problems with the concept of piracy. Do not apply. Discussions about how "bad pirates are", when you are in-fact applying to a pirate-corp is out of the question. You will be seen as a pirate by other players, so either live with it, or do not apply.
The mainstay of our members come from the U.S. , though a reasonable percentage (25-30%) are EU-based. So there are almost always somebody on.
Who we want at this time // RECRUITMENT
Miners -> Miners who can participate actively, we have a system in place where miners are paid on a weekly basis. Based on activity. Inactive miners that only participate once or twice a week will not receive payment.
Haulers -> Haulers get paid in the same manner as miners when they participate in mining ops. Otherwise they are paid for corp-contracts. This is usually in the discretion of the hauler and the person who issues the contract. But 16 jump hauls can warrant up to 2 million ISK. Haulers will be needed mostly for mining ops though, and when participating here, they're paid weekly.
Fighters -> We're looking for fighters who can help provide protection for our miners, in this category it's OK not to want to fight actively as a pirate (which our mainstay of fighters do), applicants will be part of our industry-division and will be more likely to kill rats, protect miners from other pirates (or anti-pirates, as we are a pirate corporation, and anti-pirates attack our industrials because of this).
Of course, if you are able to fulfill more than one category here, you can still apply.
Your character age must be 14 days, or older. We do realize that there are players out there who have learnt more than most, with characters younger than this, we do not want people on trial-accounts, and we do not give people the most basic of understanding of EVE (which is available in the beginners tutorial).
We do dedicate ourselves to help people progress from wherever they are, and encourage individual freedom (we provide options to teach people in the industrial-division to become pirates, should they want to pursue that goal in the future, for instance).

Letter content // APPLICATION
In your letter of application, please provide details about your character, and what category you're applying for (fighting, mining, hauling). Also specify what else you will be doing (you're definitely not forced to participate in corp-ops 24/7).
Also specify whether you're EU, ASIA (MID/E/SE) or US-based.

These are good guys. I used to get in some battles with them before they joined PC, it was always enjoyable and they're very good fighters.
