Title kind of explains the main idea of what Graham Franklin was trained for. My idea was to turn him into a Dread pilot as soon as possible, and did not care about flying anything else, at least not until after he was done. One exception was for the potential to be a Covert Ops toon in the meantime (as shown by the Electronics Upgrades 5).
Many support skills are already done and the "big" skills include:
Hull Upgrades 5
Electronic Upgrades 5
Weapon Upgrades 5 and Advanced Weapon Upgrades 4
Sharpshooter 5
Long Range Targeting, Signature Analysis, and Target Management 5

As far as prices go, I understand this character can fly absolutely nothing but he at least gives you a head start on a Dread alt.
