Hi
This char is a industry char mainly. He can also do lvl 4 missions, he has active research projects, and he is a good miner.
He can fly a gallante freighter and also has lvl5 in Minmatar industrial so u just have to buy Minnie freighter skill.
He can fly and fight but its just enough to do missions atm, ie not any T2 capabilities for pvp.
He has got very good drone skills (T2 ammar drones).
Trade skills is also very good.
Every reprocess skill at lvl4
Very good builder

I take it this is the character up for auction?
He'll need to be in an NPC corp to do the transfer and that will take a while!!
3 bill to get you started...
