Frequently I seem to be getting booted out of the game and then, when I try to log in, I am told that I'm 41st in the queue. What's the reason for this idea being in here? It's a bit of a killjoy. - - - - - Krist Valentine > Anti Pirate [An-tee-py-rut] - NOUN - Miner who got podded and trained for a Ferox. |

As far as I am aware, there was always a limit on the number of players that were able to use Singularity, it is because Singularity is not running on as large a cluster as TQ.
Before the Dragon branch, when there was too many people on the server you got "Full Proxy (150)" then got booted back to the login screen. Now you actually get in a queue so you don't have to hammer the connect button to stand a chance of getting on Singularity when someone leaves.
IMHO - queue FTW --

Thats odd... the queue limit was supposedly set really really high so that wouldn't be a problem O.o Is it still doing that for you? If so, have logserver running and bugreport it.

Your character is located within (Jita), which has reached maximum capacity. You are #101 in queue for entrance. Please try again in a moment.
Before it was just saying u cant enter because it hasnt loaded :(.

Queues to login are different to the queues to jump into a system.
The login queue is disabled on TQ except for at startup when hammering the server with logins isnt a good idea.
From what I can remember, the system jump-in queue is mostly not used except where the system is on a node with excessive cpu usage (I believe I saw a figure of 95% load). It basically is there to prevent the nodes getting overloaded to a point where they crash. This is a preventative measure to ensure maximum stability since usually when a node crashes, it takes a few others with it which ultimately leads to the cluster crashing or needing a reboot.

This is incorrect unless the server was just coming up a few minutes ago... I was #4 in queue to log in to the cluster.

I just tried logging my main in, number 16 in queue. Tried logging in my 2nd account alt immediately after, got right in. My main still had to wait a few minutes before being allowed to enter..
