Based on an idea by Omber Zombie. We will allow "signature contest" threads, but threads where people look for a signature designer will be locked. Threads from signature designers advertising their services will also be locked and you will be refered to this thread.
This is a thread for the people offering banners and signatures to post in, and for others to find a good designer for your banners and signatures.
Signature rules
Please read the EVE Forum Rules to make sure your signature is according to the forum rules. Remember that you, as the person who uses the signature is responsible for making sure you don't break the signature rules, and no one else.
Hosting
You have to host your signature image yourself, most ISPs provide some webspace for you, but if you don't have access to your own webspace there are some free hostings out there, here are some of them:

If you have any suggestions on more free webshosts, please post them here, a link to the host will be included and your post will then be deleted. Please note that we (CCP and ISD) have not checked these hosts and we are not in any way responsible for their services.

I realize that there are many people out there who simply cant afford the double-digit (or triple-digit at times) isk prices on some of the sigs out there, so I come to the rescue in the form of a simple 5 mil isk per sig.
Sounds too good to be true? I've been in that situation, wanting one of those cool sigs, but being unable to make em, or afford to pay someone to make one for me, so I toiled and suffered, and finally, I've been sucessful in making my own. I just wish to share it with others so that their forum egoness is boosted a bit at least XD and its for the betterment of EVE (or at least the forums, so we have something nice to look after a message :D )
as you can see at the bottom, my sig, I follow a certain style I've forged from pics I've gathered here and there (and some from very kind individuals who I owe a great debt of gratitude) that involves 2 pics of a certain ship, your avatar picture, and lots of doodads and whatnot that even I dont know what the name is, just that it works in this way, or that way...etc.
as additional reference, I've added my CEO's picture as another example below (along with samples of my clients so far). So if you are interested in getting a sig from me, these are the requirements.
1. as many pics as you can get (better looking ones get precedence, and at least 2) of a specific ship (or ships, but I havent gotten around to mixing them in a single sig) along with of course, a mugshot of your avatar.
2. all pics should be linked, not sent to me >_< I have little HDD space to play around with as is.
3. First person with all the requirements posted in their contact with me will get first service. Payment of 5 million will award you with a relinked version without a "sample" splattered in front of it, along with a copy of the photoshop file if you wish, as a souvenier. (Send your email in the payment note for security reasons for the end-result sig)
4. Any additional requests such as font style, what text to place, color scheme, special requests can be placed in your request along with the links.
I realize that my sig designs and style may not suit everyone, but at least I'm trying >_< After all, you could go learn how to make one yourself as well.

So what do you get for your money? Well, apart from a forum-compliant sig image, you will receive the following as part of the service:
* Code to include the image in your forum profile
* original 1600x480 render in .png format without any text overlays.
* Free hosting (though the image will be included in my gallery).
* A TinyURL link for the image.
Fees start at 10m, but are completely negotiable. Generally, the more complex an image or the more modelling that is required, the more the sig will cost, however I am always open to offers. Similarly, I am willing to take on corp contacts at reduced rates.

I can do static, animated, small, large and even custom php generating banners.
If you want a banner just remember to include as much information and details as you can. It's good for me that you have some rough idea of what you want. Capturing various avatars or in game images that you want in the signature is a good thing. I like to work until the client is happy with the results.
Tips ctrl+F9 turns off the UI and print-scrn button to take a screenshot. Though if you've got FRAPS screenshots in BMP format are the best of editing.
I'm based in Australia so please be mindful of that in regards to communication and timezones. I hope to hear from you soon, if you want to just discuss ideas first I'm more than happy to offer some advice.
