This toon isnt bad however the way I see it it has some wasted SPs in Caldari. None of the Spaceship Command skills are at 5 except for Caldari Frigate for some reason. Its a Gallente toon and has next to no Gunnery skills etc, etc, etc.
I think your starting bid and reserve are high since you can get a toon with nearly twice as many skills trained for that much ISK.
Ill offer 4B B/O because of the holes in the skill tree. ISK ready upon your accept. |

Shes on an account that won't expire for 2 more months, and as you can see i already set the training queue to go in that direction (clean up core).
She has the skills to Fit and Fly, nothing else.
When she has 15M sp, she will be well worth 8-9B. Im selling her early if anyone wants to pick it up, since I wont even be using her, meanwhile they can be using her as a backup for 4s/5s. (that was my plan)
