1. Travel time with instas is the right speed.
2. Travel time without instas is too slow.
3. Travel safety with instas is ummm, hard one this, i go for 'the right balance.' Thats from a 0.0 PoV tho... in lowsec pirates cant use bubbles or dictors, which makes instas far too safe to use.
4. Travel safety without instas is too dangerous.
5. A replacement system that works similar to Instas (ie: safe aside from 0.0 bubbles once you clear the gate you are warping From.) would be acceptable.
6. I am in 0.0.

3. relatively safe on one side of gate only
4. almost impossible in low sec
5. Jump to 0k, then remove BM's closer then 15km

5. Acceptable, but I'd rather have something that helps super-vulnerable ships somewhat (industrials, freighters) but gives everybody else 15km warpins or something in that ballpark. Speedmods should matter for traveling gangs.

3. Travel safety with instas is : too safe but some times needed
4. Travel safety without instas is : the right balance if everyone did not have them
5. A replacement system that works similar to Instas (ie: safe aside from 0.0 bubbles once you clear the gate you are warping From.) would be : acceptable so long it did not change any major game play with Bubbles and gate caps, and would let native corps and alliances to more easly control their space.
