Ok I pretty much have my ore stealing technique downpat. Next step is getting combat skills to kill their protector when he takes the ore back out of MY can.
I have a Thorax and scrambler and webber skills so they can not run away. Now I'm trying to decide on rail guns or blasters . My assumption is I need to get a MWD on it to jump in close/fast to web and scramble so they can not get away once they are blinking red to me and my other 2 bodyguard accounts I have set up to try and trap them.
what setup would you use to kill their frigates if you were me?? And should I have more than 1 scrambler to ensure they can not flee??? And are blasters considered lasers are hybred??

Rails are not really that effective on a thorax, i'd go with 4 blasters and 1 medium NOS (incase he has a NOS too)
I'd fit a webifier too if you expect to kill frigates (they die in a few volleys). Blasters are Hybrid.

I'm going for the 1600mm plate Vexor with 125mm rails - 4, and 1 med nos. I have in the mids ECM Multispectral, webber and disruptor.
In the lows, dam control 1, EANM 1, 1600mm plate and 1 SAR I.
