Hi there, I'm not a mission runner or complex runner by trade so forgive my nubbiness.
In hidden complexes, do the faction rats ever drop faction loot? Or is that reserved for the isk farmers and their 3-4 ravens at the marked plexs?

They wouldent tell you if there was sutch plexes, but i bet that those revens are currently busy camping the 0.0 lowsec complexes annyways, so i wouldent bother asking :P |

Not certain about all hidden complexes... but... I have been to a couple of complexes that are 'hidden' cosmos complexes.. no faction loot at all for any I've run but plenty of little cosmos mission items. I do advise that if you find one hidden, that you make certain for your part that it stays hidden... otherwise things get camped fast.

as stated randomly moving hidden (scan probing only findable rare asteroid belts, ueber spawns and rotating plexes (dif system within a constellation each dt) as well sa the t2 booster stuff will be coming in kali - come to think of it asteroid belts are being removed from their fixed positions to a more flexible movement findable with the new ship scanners.
