As part of CCP's project to keep the players more involved, CCP made several suggestions about what they were planning to do.
One was more dev blogs, leading to Band of Bloggers. Nice job all round.
However, you also mentioned re-instating the dev chats, and reforming the CSM (Council of Stellar Management for those who don't know).
Still planning that, and do we have a timescale?

Moving my reply here then. 
CSM will be returning, it will be changed a bit to be more efficient though. There's still a few things we need to do to make it happen, so there's no timescale on it at the moment. 
Dev chats are usually hosted by a fansite, and usually around a bigger event. Kali is approaching so maybe around that time? Though I'm not aware of any concrete plans to have a dev chat so you can't hold me to it. But you probably will anyway and then people will post "Wrangler promised a dev chat", "Where is the dev chat" and "Wrangler, you suXx0r". 
Band of Bloggers will of course continue, blogs are the best way we have to get information out and start discussions, which is why you see a lot of dev chats and not so many dev posts.

hehe no matter what you state wrangler, as soon as you let out even the tiniest bit of a hint that there might be a dev chat, all people will ever remember, is that wrangler promised a dev chat...

Patience, young padawan. In due time, all things come, they will.
We have a number of things that we're working on and those are two of them. It's early yet in the planning stages, so there's no timeline available yet. As soon as we have the framework set and feel the time is right, more information will be released.
