sig radius affects it end of story im supprised NO ONE thought of it stops the 25 cycle times on frigs from a scorp and affects BS aswell shield extenders etc massive guns... or make it u jam them once every minuite u jame wait another 40 seconds then u can jam em again/.......

just make both use some sort of charges :P.Oh increase the scorps and the bb's(and variants) cargo holds then,by a little(by little i mean under 200m3 more than now) Nuh unh. Too big. 400w x 120h are the limits. --Jorauk |

charges for ECM may work

Just put ECM back to how it was. If a ship has 23 Gravi strength, you needed 23 gravi to jam it! ---------------------------

Yes but make t2 ecm's to have base jamming strentgh like 13 or something.T1 should have something like 10.And once you jam someone they stay jammed. Nuh unh. Too big. 400w x 120h are the limits. --Jorauk |

true but if u add sig radius in aswell
u got to admit its an interesting idea coz if they dont go back to 23 grav must have 23 grav to jam we need sommit else to balance it hence my idea on current situations

You may have a good idea here, but I can't tell because I can't understand your thought processes. Did you ever have to read anything in Old English in School? Lucky for me, when I had to, some translator had gone through and added punctuation, otherwise I'd have been even more lost than I was!

ok gonna explane in deapth about the sig bonus/nerf to the NOS heavy NOS: does the same to a BS as it does at the moment does 50% to a cruiser -depending on sig radius- does 25% to frig sized ships bit lower for intys (uber low sig radius)maybe 15%
Medium NOS same to BS and cruiser as it does now and 50% to frigs maybe 25% to intys
Small NOS same as at the moment maybe 75% to intys??
the %%%% are just for show on possibliltys the balancing issues would only be done via trial and error opens a SMALL can of worms but doable
the main effect is that small NOS is more effective in solo PVP but lacks the range the medium nos is ok for solo pvp unless ur a domi and teh large NOS would be for fleet combat or small BS gangs

Sig radius effecting NOS has been suggested before and sounds good to me.
An alternative would be to have the range of the NOS reduced/increased based on the sig radius of the target - but once you get in range it has full effect.
