Currently https://www.discountasp.net/ does seem to fitt me best. Its cheap and offers 6 months free when signing up.
But I do not want to fall into a trap picking a webhost that will make my life a nightmare. So I am asking here if any one knows any good webhosts or/and if they have had any experience with the hosts I wrote.
This is what I need if you were wondering;
Any form of ASP (ASP.NET or SUN ASP)
mySQL server
500mb space
at least 5gb Bandwidth a month

Never ever ever ever ever use GoDaddy for domain name hosting.

i use 1&1 and i have to say they are really good, nice speed, useful control panel, great customer service.

The have a history of extorting people.
If a GoDaddy domain name ever becomes useful, they will often take it away from you and only give it back if you pay X hundred dollars in what is basically an extortion fee, from what I heard. There is no recourse, and support is nonexistant/

Admittidly my hosting experience has only been with 1 company but as Knifee said 1&1 are a good company.
