When is next operation 'Jita Burn'?

After some research, I noticed pilots gathered around high-sec areas and have large-scale fun fights in populated economic hubs like Jita. I'm wondering when the next Jita Burn coming up? Does it have a date usually?

FYI, it's not impossible for a newbie to join an alliance and/or be involved in big fights. As for getting in to nullsec as a raw newbie, a lot of organisations (both in our coalition, and others) take virtually first-day newbies on and show them the ropes. What they lack in skillpoints is easily overcome in time, and any fleet-type worth its salt has a variety of roles, some less skillpoint-dependant that others, so people of varying levels of skillpoints can participate. And this skilpoint lack is easily outweighed by the ability to mould someone in to the kind of weapon the organisation needs, without the preconceived notions of a multi-year vet holding them back. Look up a few groups (from my "sides" point of view, have a word with the Tactical Narcotics Team guy who offered, they are a sound and fun bunch), and dive right in, let no one hold you back (especially yourself)

That sort of thing happens once a year, if you are lucky. That's not to say that you can't have regular fleets of hundreds vs hundreds during wartime events. Burn Jita is an annual event, however, where we descend on highsec to remind the clueless and the lazy that nowhere in EVE is truly safe. It is astonishingly good fun, and I encourage you to keep a lookout for the next one (probably next year some time). Sometimes we announce the event officially, because it doesn't actually seem to decrease the number of people we kill. Even if we don't, its not like its a huge secret when we start and Jita suddenly looks like it's gone supernova on the system map.
