I am currently heading up this division of Black Scorpion LTD. I have been playing EVE an year and have combat PVP experience. Having more in this section would be a benifit.
We have organized operations and a promotion system. We would be happy to have your experience and thoughts on how to make this section better. Glad to have you aboard.
