There is one thing that has been haunting me for some weeks and now I would like to have some light on it.
There is the ~PVP Courrier Missions on all stations wich you can choose one to haul stuff for other players.
What happen if I accept a mission that depart from a station that is in low sec and is claimed by a PVP corp or Alliance? This stations normally do not allow players to dock soo how can I proceed with the mission? What am I missing?

Not sure what type of station you mean, but:
If you take a courier mission that begins, or ends, in a station which is claimed by an alliance, and that alliance does not allow you docking rights - you fail the mission. Tough. It is your responsibility to make sure you can complete the mission before you take it.
Very few such alliances will grant you docking rights just because you need to go there to complete a mission, and most of them will quite likely shoot you on sight if you get anywhere near the place. ________________________________________________

I would do some more checking before you discount them eve-search was down, but in another post it was said that it was an exploit to make a courier mission with a undeliverable destination, i.e. no docking rights if you did manage to run the camps.
It is a common scam to set up missions knowing all to well you will never deliver, easy isk. Does anyone know if its petitionable ?

A player-owned station is not an undeliverable destination. Setting the destination as Polaris station, would be undeliverable (and therefore an exploit). Setting them to ASCN Headquarters is perfectly legitimate, otherwise ASCN would be barred from using courier missions to have any stuff taken down.
Just make sure you can dock, before you accept. ________________________________________________

Then I must leave my opinion. I think this is more then an exploit then anything else. In any job if you are accepted to do it or in the case you accept to do it and you need access to some restricted areas, then you are granted that access even if you have to be scouted. I dont think it is fair to set up courrier missions and let a noob accept it not knowing about. This is simply wrong.
I would fix that by opening an alert box before the pilot accept the job telling him he does not have the access to the specific station and if he / she still want to proceed.
Another fix is to give a "one pass" for the pilot as soon as he/she accept the mission, at the exact moment he/she enter the station the pass is used and stinguished, then he /she cant come back unless he get another mission. If you think thios could leave security breach then only allow pilots with specific roles that participate on the alliance that holds the station to insue courrier mission.
I hope this get fixed in the future "contract system" CCP is making for us.

Unfortunately I think this would open up the way for an exploit, being that the owner of a number of items located in a station that he may not dock in, could easily set up a courier mission to that station with an alt, allowing him to dock there and grab his items. --- High quality pics of ALL EVE ships!

I often buy stuff off escrow in some alliance controlled 0.0 station that I have no intention to ever visit and where I assume I don't have docking right.
I then set up a courrier mission to one of the nearest 0.5. Some are delivered, some are not, I don't lose money anyway. Maybe some tard without docking rights accepted the mission and if he even managed to reach the right system got podded right in front of the station. Not my problem, the reward is handsome because it's a dangerous job.
The intended taker of the mission btw is an alliance member going on an Empire shopping trip.
But no exploiting here, I really wanted those cheap Eutectics ;-)
PS: Someone accepting a courrier mission and having docking right problems may have an escape route... If a mission package can be put in another mission package he could set up a courrier for the courrier... Never tried it...

You can lock the courier mission to alliance members, though I know many people allow others to dock in their outposts.
