Lets say I got a Hauler with 10mill isk in my wallet. How do I turn that 10mill into 30-40mill in a day? What would I have to purchase? What region should I go to?
I am broke... Donate your isk if you are loaded |

Here's the short answer:
It depends.
Here's the long answer:
Depending on what your trading (NPC goods or player modules or minerals or whatever) and what Regions have good pricing....sometimes you can make those profits....sometimes you don't.
The best advice I can tell you is to read the Trading 101 thread and generally this forum. As it is, your question is just simply too broad.

If you want to trade on market, check most used ship modules and implants. Some skillbooks are good too (laziness ftw). Obviously, go to populated regions. Any system which has constantly 60+ players is good. Best are Jita, Ousrulaert and Rens, but these systems have heavy competetion and are no longer good for new trader imo.
But you need more ISK I think, 10M is too low for market. Go camp trade channels a bit, buy cheap, sell for more on escrow. Make 100M at least and try the market.

I won't guarantee you'll turn your 10 mill into 30/40 mill in one day, but here's some advice:
- Go to a tade hub - Buy the named items which have a 40-50% difference between the buy and sell prices. More specifically, buy the guns, launchers and afterburners that cost about 50-500k and get sold about 50 (or more) times per day. - Don't haul the stuff, resell it in the same trade hub (less work)
To give you an idea about the profit you'll make with this, I turned my initial 40 million into almost a billion in little over a month (and I was lazy, only updated the market once per day). If you keep an eye on the market, you should be able to make that 40 million in a couple of days... if you are prepared to fight the one center that is. |

Indeed a good tip to someone who already has reasonably amount of ISK to spare.
- Buy all kind of top-end/new skills, ones that more experienced/wealthy players might need. I reckon Capital and T2 related skills would be a good start.
- Haul them to populated hubs (Jita/Rens) which lack NPC sellers from that station - Sell at profit, say 5M over the cheapest price in nearby stations -> small enough that those rich bastard won't bother going after bargains
Pros: - Good profit, very small risks Cons: - Need lot of capital, and occasional visit to the stations.
-Lasse who hates to leave trade hub for occasionally needed skill

You can also trade some NPC sold/purchased goods, under the Trade Goods tab on market, mostly Industrial Goods, and Consumer Products, do some research to find which items can be bought, hauled and directly sold for a profit, but note the volume of the goods can vary alot, as you buy a lot of an item, your purchase price will raise at the station, and the profit margin then gets lower. Do note that the various stations will buy variable numbers of your good, to get a decent profit be sure you can offload most/all at one station...and check that you dont have to go to low sec...kinda risky as a lone hauler
Its a decent way to make some money early on with little or no risk.
