Anyone know if you can you fit Micro warp drives in the Indy mammoth ?

I think you are going to have hard time fitting MWD on all indys

Nop you cant fit mwd on a mammoth..
you will be 0.0875 power short :/
bestower, iteron V can fit it easily though.

how can you fit a MWD on a bestower then i tried it ( i got lvl4 eng) with 4 basic reactor control's but then i don't get enough power :( do i need lvl5?

You can do it with Engineering 4, but you need to fill all of your low slots with Reactor Control 1's. I can't remember if you are able to even fit a shield booster etc. afterwards. I stopped with the Bestie MWD thing after realising how silly it is flying around with 76 shields :)
I can't fly an Iteron V yet, so can't comment there.

Ive heard of someone with a MWD on a mammoth, have been going to try it myself as it would come in very useful.

MWD on a bessy isn't that silly. Since it accels so fast you can run or get outa warp jamming range pretty fast. And if its an apoc you running from 75 sheilds or 150 sheilds its not gonna matter.

You need RCU I's - basics aren't enough...
There are two indys who can use a MWD with the current items (i.e. Engineering skills, Reactor Control Units); the Bestower and the Iteron Mk V.
The others simply cannot - no need to try.
Engineering 4 is enough for both of the indys above, the bestower will need 4 RCUs while 2 is enough on the MkV (with Engineering 4/5).

i have 4 ab's on my mammoth and some hull mods,it doesnt carry a huge amount but i get 1176km/s

I managed to get a rather respectable 1086 m/s out of my mammoth with 4 AB's and 3 basic overdrives. Leaves me with only 2200 cargo capacity tho! I could probably squeeze a few more m/s out of her if I had some better Ab's and overdrives.
anyone selling them cheap? :)

Black Horse of Matari Backbone Inc uses an MWD in his Mammoth, might ask him how he did it. IIRCC he uses a Quad LiF and all named power mods to get just enough juice to run it.
Scared the hell out of me the first time he blew past me in that thing.

putting a MWD on a Mammoth cant be done. all MWDs ingame now require 50 in power. the Mammoth has 30 as base power and with lvl5 engineering you get 37 in power. the Mammoth has 3 low slots and the best RCU's ingame are the ones that give 10% extra in power. so adding 3 RCU's will give you 49 in power
