There appears to be a major issue with manufacturing introduced with this patch.
I have many builders in a corp who i want to be able to build - but not be able to remove anything from any corp hangars ... BPOs are in one hangar and raw materials are in another.
Pre patch if a player had query accesson all hangars then he could choose a BPO form one hangar, materials input from another and output to yet another and this would work perfectly as long as he was a factory manager and could rent factory slots.
Post patch he cannot do this - it will only allow him to build using materials if he has the Take setting and the query setting, this means that the raw materials are open to theft.
Can someone advise if this is intended or not - if it is then itmakes some corp models impossible to use. this will be a particular issue for large manufacturing corps in my opinion, who often have many alt chars in the corp to use their building capabilities and need to ensure complete security whilst allowing building to be undertaken.

I have raised a bug report ...
Only workaround is to give corpmembers take and query access to the hangar containing the raw materials. This is not something I wish to do ...

I cannot determine if this is intentional, I too am franticly searching for the same answer.
I can say that you can lockdown the BPs, and thereby require a vote to take them if you must meet certain quotas before this is fixed. I really do mean fixed. If this was intentional I can't see why!

Yes i have noticed the same - it also affects doing research on bpo's - they need take access in order to do bpo research.
This sucks and is yet another ccp screw-up. basically you have to either give take permission from bpo hangars or not do research/manufacturing

Any woprd from any devs gms on this game breaking issue if you run a corp doing research/production etc?!!!!!!

This applies to copying as well. I used to be able to copy from our corporation's BPO library in a query-only hangar into a take-access hangar (so that I could make copies for personal manufacturing purposes), but I can't do that now. I can't do Material Research on those BPOs either. |

Well at least now I know that we aren't the only people with this issue. This is extremely problematic for us as we have a large amount of production managed by many people going all the time - this bug means that we may have to ignore prudent security or default on our contracts. I will be adding my bug report to your Femintaki.
Edit: BTW, I like your sig Rackar. Just needs some comment on rights coming with responsibilities as well.
