Some features of this character:
Gallente Frigate, Destroyer, Cruiser, BC all at 5.
Gallente BS and HAC are at 4 (Ishtar!).
Also has all other Destroyers at 5, Minmatar and Caldari Cruiser at 5, Amarr and Caldari BC at 5
Covert ops and Logi both at 4.
Currently training Assault Frig to 4.
Over 6 million SPs in Gunnery with all Hybrids at tech 2 as well as small and medium projectiles
Over 3 million SPs in drones including Tech 2 sentries
Solid armor tank; shield tank needs about 2 weeks training to be solid.
Character has 3 jump clones available including one with a mixed bag of implants including a couple of slaves. Current clone has +3s (no charisma).
Opening bid - 9.5 billion
Reserve - yes
Buyout - available for the right price
