Its hard to use cause the popup description covers the next post/section
Easy fix to move the field to the right a bit?
Anyone agree? |

Anyone agree? I rarely read the pop-ups, I just open the thread when the title is interesting enough. But you could also just move your mouse down about 50 pixels each time you've read the pop-up description and decided that it's not worth reading the rest. This way you'll see the title of the next thread and immediately the description of this post.
So to answer your second question: I don't.

Sometimes these pop-ups stick. Just a quick reload of the page fixes that here. I do find them useful as often a topic can be deceiving of the contents. I'm wasting enough time as it is trying to avoid reading the stuff the GD house trolls poast.
Answer to the second question no (real) problems here. |

I agree. I have always thought the popup was annoying.

Or ya know.... You could just go into the forum options and turn them off if they are that annoying.

I don't know what you use for a screen, but I have plenty of empty space on my monitor should I choose not to hover over thread topics.
But when I do, I'm glad for the popup. It's a handy way to screen out crap without having to open the thread.
Mr Epeen

tool tips? I get no pop-ups per se.
Gankers are sociopaths who would rather use their time-in-place advantage to jump and one-shot a noob than fight straight-up someone who poses a challenge to them. If you need to call a ganker a "person," have at it. He is what he is.

But maybe that's because I'm still one of the few IE-users

It would be nice if the popup just showed the highest rated comment, instead of the OP.

I'd like to see the popups get actually used more often. They are perfect for TL;DR's if people would actually bother to post a TL;DR at the very top of their threads.

Looked everywhere for the option to disable the tooltips/popups. Couldnt find anything.
Like someone said, I should just get used to having the mouse pointer to the side rather then over what Im reading which I have a tendency to do. |
