I have an open petition on the subject but I just wanted to get info from others as to if anyone has recieved the missions as of latly or is it fact broken right now, or just have more info on the subject.
If you don't know what I'm talking about its the agents located in cosmos regions. There is one agent for each faction ship. Ie Frigs, Cruiser, and Battle ships. The agent asks for 30 tags of some kind. Once you provide the agent with these tags you are rewarded a BPC of the ship that agent offers.
These missions were working in the past, I received the offer from the agent who offers the frig bpc many months ago, recently I tried talking to the agent who offers the cruiser. I'm pretty sure I have a high enough standing with the republic 9.28, however the agent has no job for me.
I just want to be sure that the mission is in fact broken or if for some reason the agaent is not avaiable to me.

I believe 9.28 is not high enough standing.

9.9 faction standing for battleship print (good luck heh)
wish theyd put back the 200k lp 500 mill isk offer, just up it to 300k lp or something

Ya saw it was 9.9 for a BS now but have seen no change for the cruiser. Since the BS went up .1 does that mean the cruiser when up .1 as well so now I need a 9.3? Thanks

Last I heard was that the tags for BPC agents in space in COSMOS regions (which is what it appears you are talking about) are disabled.

Ok thats kind of what I though but I could not get a streaght answer. At least I didn't understand it to mean that  .
I hope they open back up

One of the mission devs did say that was an error and he'd turn it back on.
