Hi, signed up for a propper account on Saturday, its now wenesday and my account has not been changed form trial to full. I used direct bank transfer for payment method. Anyone else with experiance put my mind at ease? thx.

There is a thread on this on the known issues channel. From my experience Saturday to Wednesday isnŠt an awful long time for it to clear, but maybe there is a problem worth petitioning it, considering you are the second person to say something about it today.

I have to use PayByCash also, as I have no Credit Card and it is the only way to go from New Zealand. PayByCash (PBC) has the worst service of any 'service' I have ever seen. It is NOT CCP's fault they won't even know you sent money until PBC tells them. I use Western Union to wire in money (At a extra charge of $35NZ). PBC has the money in 10 minutes and I consistanly have to go through teeth pulling to get them to do thier freakin job once I can prove they have my money.
I would start by writing a very detailed email to

Guess I should'nt biatch though because if CCP dump PBC as a 'supplier' I would be out of luck since no place in NZ supplies TimeCards payable by a NZ Bank Account.

Actually, I've been using PayByCash for 1.5 years now on 2 of my accounts and there's never been a problem with their service. Only once did it give me trouble, but that was when CCP fugged up this site and it's link to PayByCash's online store

naa that doesnt work as they dont me to wait twice...i finally had to send receipt of payment to them...least good thing is that they answer mail within 15-30mins

Yea i havent had a problem with it either but i am quite fortunate! the paybycash company is a mere hour from where i live! , so my subscription changes usually happen in 2-3 days heh
