for the amount of cash they are worth (saying you get it from a friend for 50mil means you could sell it can sell it for 200mil and make 150mil so it still counts being worth this much)
i would rather just have 3 t2 fitted battleships and have fun.
if you are going to pvp with it well...stabs +massive shield tank + launchers imo

- 5x heavy launcher II's and maybe tractor beam if you can fit
- tech II afterburner
- heavy electrochemical cap booster with 800's
- Gist B-type Large booster or techII
- EM hardener techII
- Invulnerability field techII
- 2x bcu II or domination if fitting is tight
- 2 pds II
And you can always swap lows if you want/can. This setup can tank nicely really

That's odd I was not aware you could fit a heavy cap booster on a cruiser ...

You can, it just takes a multitude of RCUs, just like my cruise-rupture setup.
